Founded on 2008 in a partnership of two experienced architects: Mr. Wahid Al Heloo and Mr. Belkacem Zairi, both partners believe that there is no limit to motivation, the contribution to the development and progress is always necessary and welcomed… , they have decided to use their knowledge , experience and contribute even modestly in the progress and development that UAE and Dubai particularly are witnessing.
